    Shebah Carfagna

    Shebah Carfagna, creator of Panache Fitness and Healing companies, is devoted to helping people create harmony in between their fitness journey and lifestyle. 

    Shebah empowers others from a place of knowledge and personal experience by using fitness to recharge emotionallyShe returned from a total hip replacement in 2018, showing that you can accomplish anything with discipline and perseverance

    More than just a quick fix, Shebah’s programs are lifechanging and transformational. Additionally, as a single mother, she has expanded her mission to include areas such as family and youth fitness, medical fitness, and wellness for special needs individuals.

    Further, Shebah knows about perseverance and what it means to come back as she had total hip replacement in 2018.  Never running before she is now an avid runner.

    Nate Wilkins

    Nate Wilkins, co-creator of Panache Fitness and Healing companies has 27 years senior level experience in multiple workspaces.  His past experience includes administration in parks and recreation and fitness management for hotels and spas.

    He reinvented himself and has become focused in his second career to making the wellness and healing journey achievable for all. He has a passion for understanding the aging process that he combines with successful healing techniques. Nate is nationally recognized for his work with chronic conditions such as Parkinson disease, Cancer Recovery, Stroke and Cardiac Rehabilitation and differently abled persons.

    He is also a Nutrition Coach, educator and speaker.

    Get your heart rate up with this fun workout! The perfect way for the family to get moving together. Create lasting, healthy memories and make active living a reality for your family. Working out together is fun, plus you get to celebrate each other's achievements, big and small. The sessions can be completed by all members of the family while going at your own pace.     Soulful Stretch

    Work hard, find softness. This class will transport you from the daily hustle to a space reserved for cultivating inner peace. Through an understanding of alignment and anatomy combined with the joy of balance and movement, you will become mindful and aware of your body and leave energized to seize the day. When in doubt, a good stretch is the way to go. Relax the tension you may have built up during the day or week, achieve new goals, reach new limits, and reap the benefits of increasing range of motion and mobility for overall wellbeing.
